今天小厨房烤了个草莓司康饼。德国春天的草莓特别新鲜也便宜。住在德国这一年多的日子学会了厨房里的食材得随着季节的更换,才能在菜市场里买到便宜又新鲜的食材。 司康饼食材 配料 一个 200g草莓(切成小立方体) 1/4杯白糖 B 3杯全用面粉 1茶匙的baking powder 1/4茶匙盐 1/2杯白糖 1块冷冻的黄油(切成小立方体) 2个蛋 1/2杯新鲜牛奶 C 用于司康饼蛋液表层涂抹 1个鸡蛋 1汤匙新鲜牛奶 做法 方法 1. 预热烘箱180℃ 2.将草莓和糖混合在一起。 3.在食品加工机中加入所有B干成分(包括冷冻黄油),然后使用脉冲模式将所有成分混合在一起。 4.把食材从食品加工机中取出倒大碗中,然后加入鸡蛋和新鲜牛奶。 5.继续揉捏和混合所有的食材,可能有点粘,在杆面团时可以使用一些面粉 ...

油条一直以来都是我最爱的早餐,来了德国以后,已经没有那些早上在街边或巴刹买早餐这回事。可是我绝对还是个马来魂有着个马来胃,所以许多家乡的小吃都必须的自己动手做。油条就是其一。这简易的油条食谱确实满足了我偶尔嘴馋家乡的味道。 食材与做法  1) 1粒A鸡蛋, 5克酵母yeast, 100毫升温水, 50毫升鲜奶, 少许盐混合一起搅拌均匀。然后, 置放10-15分钟。 2) 加入200克面粉和1-2Tsp牛油, 搅拌均匀成粘状面团。温馨贴士: 面团不需要太过硬, 让有足够空间发酵. 3) 置放面团在温室温度~28-30度, 至少2~3小时或过夜。面团膨胀至2倍左右就可以准备制造油条了。 ...
